An important aspect of persuasive writing is resistance. If your request is reasonable, they are likely to understand and adhere. However, you may reduce resistance by anticipating obvious doubts and questions your reader may have by including counterarguments, establishing credibility and demonstrating value of your proposal.

Most importantly, you want to inspire the receiver to act.  You will make your recommendations and tell them exactly what ought to be done. To do this best, you should communicate confidently with proper wording, telling them how easy it is to take action, and once more... the benefit that they will get from doing the specific request.

In short, a persuasive message should attract attention, build interest, reduce resistance, and encourage action.

If you consider all of these elements, you will always succeed.
